Recently, building web pages for mobile phone access has dramatically increased, as the usage of mobile phones and browsing the net from mobile phones has increased just the same.

My thoughts on this as far as AdSense earnings are following.

When someone uses a cell phone to browse the net, I dont believe they have the same “dedication” or attention as someone using a home PC. Usually when someone uses the net on a mobile phone, they are doing so to find a specific thing, place or piece of information. If they happen to see ads, AdSense or otherwise, I believe they are very unlikely, compared to a standard web page, to click the ads.

Add to this the general high cost of browsing from a cell phone, the tiny screen, and the general time constraints of someone using a cell phone. Typically, they are doing other things at the same time.

For these reasons, I believe that most who use cell phones are there to get a specific thing accomplished, and are less likley to “browse”. And for these same reasons, I believe that any kind of general “ad serving” tactics will not display the same kind of results as a standard “home PC” type web page with ads.

This may however, serve a great purpose. While users may display less likeliness to click on general, or contextual ads, maybe they are more targeted towards specific ideas or tasks. Maybe this just means that a page optimized for mobile phone browsing should be all that much more targeted. Very targeted.

I have yet to test this theory, but I know if I browse the net from my phone, and am looking for sushi in Sacramento, I probably dont want to even see ads that mention just “sushi”. I want to see ads that mention “sushi in Sacramento” or “Best sushi house in Sacramento”. Very targeted. I think this is even more important with cell phone browsing.

Ok, just joined Alex Goads “Players With Money” membership site. Actually, I bought both of Alex’s products long ago. The first one I bought was “Project Black Mask”, and the second, more recently released, was “Google Payload”.

Both products are phenomenal, and highly recommended.

His new membership site, promises nothing short of being able to create $6000 pay days, but I guess I’ll be the judge of that. =)

Of course, I trust in Alex, as he has always over-delivered in the past, so I know I got my moneys worth.

Unfortunately, the launch has come and gone. The doors are now closed. If you happen to be interested in joining this group, please sign up to my blog, and send me a comment or PM and I will see what I can do to get you in.

The doors are already closed, so there are no promises that you will be accepted. Also, if you are a whiner, complainer, or otherwise ungrateful person, this group doesn’t need you. If you want to join a group that has formed with a common goal of earning loads of cash, and have a good attitude towards life and other folks with like minded goals, then please send me a message.

There are a lot of BIG PLAYERS already here with us, that already make loads of cash online. There are also tons of people that all have different skills, and we are all helping one another out. This is the BEST membership site online, and you should be part of it, or at least try.

Ok, thats it. Im done. Send me a mail, PM, or post if you are interested.

-Shaun

Recently, was working on my computer, and just got sick and tired of it. I mean, when I work, I like to have all my windows on my teaskbar at the bottom of the screen in a certain order.

I usually have several Excel windows open, as well as Outlook, and prolly a few other programs or internet browser windows open. Therefore, it gets a little irritating when I have to click each window to see what it is, before clicking on the one that I want.

So my answer has been to open all my programs, that I think i’m gonna need, in a certain order, that way I know which ones are what.

NO MORE. Well, at least it’s not as bad now. I did a little searching, and found a small program that lets you organize the windows on your taskbar on the fly. Just click and drag to move them around. Really cool. You can also hide the windows completely, or send them to the system tray in the bottom right. Then by clicking (double?) you can bring them back from the tray.

www.xneat.com

Now, I have only been using this for a few days, but I haven’t had any issues with it yet, and it has been really handy. I have not noticed any performance loss either, as mem usage seems to only be ~592K on my PC.

Ok. More than likely you’ve seen some content creation software or programs on the internet before. And most of us understand the need for fresh, unique content. Well….

This is absolutely insane. This guy Latif from the UK just released a program that creates COMPLETELY UNIQUE CONTENT with the press of a button. Every time.

I got on and bought the membership, as it just launched today (3/25) at 12pm western (PDT). Within 2 hours, I have created a new website with 13 pages. This included the time it took to create the content, setup the AdSense, throw a few hyperlinks in, edit titles, descriptions and keywords, buy a domain, and sey up hosting details.

I then created 10 completely unique articles, and saved them as text files, within about 10-15 minutes. Are you listening? This is COMPLETELY UNIQUE CONTENT! The internet has never known a tool this powerful, at least ive never used one this good. But dont take my word for it, go check it out. When they opened the doors, only 500 people were to be allowed the special launch price of $67/month. Last time I checked, there were only around 150 spots left, and after that, the price will go up to??

http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?af=754074

Tomorrow, I am going to submit these 10 articles to about 40 article directories, which are also provided within the members area. I will report on my success when I have a little more data.

PS- I proceeded to sit here and hit my F5 button about 10 times and came up with a unique article every time. I’m telling you, this thing is very powerful, talk about feeding Google!!

PPS- When I say unique, I mean between 65 and 98% unique from each other article thats created, and most search engines only require about 30%.

Many people have reported reduced AdSense earnings within the past few months, and it seems to be an ongoing problem that many are tiring of but a select few it seems are earning from. Personally, earnings on my end have dropped significantly, and I am currently in the process of obtaining other sources to send traffic to.The reasons for these sudden drops in AdSense income are not entirely known (imagine that from Google) at this time, although many have speculated different reasons.

Economy - With the falling US economy, many believe that this is also a reason for falling AdSense revenues as advertisers are spending less and less.

Google - Many propose that Google themselves have just gotten more greedy with funds. As there is no contract between Google and any publisher that states or even mentions a certain percentage payout, no one can know for sure how much Google is actually paying its publishers per click. Basically, Google can keep however much they want of the click the advertiser has bought. As Googles stock prices dropped drastically around Q4 of 2007, ~$750 to ~$500, they may have decided to keep a larger portion of the profits of AdSense publishers to help increase stock values.

Other bigger sites - Another possible answer is that other much larger sites and companies are displaying AdSense ads and pushing the smaller sites down on the earnings list without the funds to compete with the big dog companies’ advertising budget.

Google - Google may have recently become more strict on website ratings for AdSense quality score. Meaning the quality score they assign to a site or page to determine the share of click revenue the publisher receives. This may have been the result of too many sites and pages made only for the purpose of displaying AdSense ads. As you probably well know, when Google makes changes like this, its not only the sites their trying to target, that get targeted. Many sites that were never intending to be problematic or bend the rules get punished as well. Innocent bystanders if you will.

I personally think it may be a combination of many different things. This however, should not stop anyone from seeking out other AdSense alternatives, and continuing to earn. Maybe if enough people find AdSense alternatives, Google will realize the loss in publishers, then again, with so many big name companies that are partnered with Google, maybe not. Here is a short list of some of the AdSense alternatives I have found that may be worth exploring.-Shaun

Chitika - http://chitika.com/mm_overview.php

7 search - http://7search.com

Miva - http://www.miva.com

Ad Brite - http://www.adbrite.com

Findology - http://home.findology.com/index.php

Kontera - http://www.kontera.com

PS - I bought this ebook for $27 a few weeks ago, and just recently got around to reading it in its entirety. Its a really great product and lists the above AdSense alternatives as well as about 22 others. There are detailed explanations of each network as well as plenty more information in helping you with earning by publishing ads online. In any case, at least take a look, its well worth it. AdSense Alternatives
